I hope I can be travelling together with Andreas, Patrik and Fredrik to Berlin as well. I´ve asked Fredrik, but so far i didn´t got an answer.
I didn´t asked Roland yet, but I think a five-bed room would be okay! - If there is some.
Then Leena and Maria share a dubbleroom. Joachim and Carl another.?? And we other one five-Bed room. But as I don´t have asked anybody about it, i´m not the one who shall decide!
I´m sure it will come to a solution in the end.

@Brownie: So we can just book 2 rooms (4+5) for you and then you can figure out later how and with whom you want to share a room. I don't think we need to make a certain plan just yet....although it would be easier to give the room plan to the hostel when we book!

What are the names of "Keith + friends" and how long are they staying??
Does David Durkin and Chris Cowan want to share a double room?
Does Nicola Stobbe and Kerstin Wagner need a room and if so for how long??

To clarify:

I am in Berlin from August 18th to September 3rd (duh, I LEAVE on the 17th, not arrive!)
My sister is in Berlin from August 25th to September 3rd.

So I guess we need a room for 3 from August 25th to September 3rd BUT -
from August 27th to the 31st the room needs to be for 4 people (cause Clare joins us)
(double check the days Clare is with us cause something tells me I might be wrong on those dates!)

@Dingerz: I don't think they will hold 2 rooms open for you just so can change rooms a couple of times....
If they agree to do it you will probably get a 4 bed room from 25/8-3/9....that's why I haven't changed anyhting yet...

As for Clare.....we need to hear from her about the other English people as well....

@Dingerz : if there wont be another solution (i mean, if we wont be able to get both 3 and 4 bed rooms) we can take the 4 room and when Clare wont be with us we can split the 4th person's price between the 3 of us...
As for now, ill be in Berlin from 26th till 31st but ill call my travelling company tomorrow morning and see if they already have an answer about the 2.9 flight...
By the way, i spoke to Leif today and he is saving a place for me on the bus to Leubben.

K, got it all figured out. This is what we need:

Triple room for:
August 25
August 26
September 2 = 3 nights total

quad room for:
August 27
August 28
August 29 = 3 nights total

That's what I meant rather than booking two rooms for the same people and then cancelling the one you don't need when you find out what your needs are.

Anyways, the above is exactly what we need. (me, leah, tracy, clare) for that duration.
