@Clare: Oh, rebound effect is terrible, I hope it won't last long.
*big hug*

@Ana: Exactly.

Hey, everyone! I know it's been a while, but I had to chime in and see how everyone was doing.

Reason why I'm doing this here? Well, I hadn't been "sick," per se, but the year hasn't started off very well for me. Shortly into it, I started having trouble moving my right arm.

Turns out I have a calcified bone spur in my shoulder that limited my arm movement, and since then I'd been doing what I can to try and grind the junk out of there.

I'm happy to say that after a couple of weeks, I am making great progress. I just tried to lift it again, and I almost reached shoulder level!

I may still have a long way to go, but I'm thrilled with how quickly I seem to be recovering!

Great news that it's getting better. I hope improvements continue.

Thanks, Clare!

No sooner after posting that, I tried again, and this time, I could reach up all the way!

But I gotta be careful with that. I got excited, perhaps impatient, and as a result, I still get the pains, esp waking up the next day. So yeah, just try it a little at a time, but it's nice that I can do that again.

Now on top of this, the throat bugs me. X_X

Keep up the good work, Mark. Rehab is a long painful path, but it does work, so it's only a matter of not giving up. I'm trying to claim my knees back from pain as well. ;)
