So I just read that Mark Hollis is working with EMI on his personal selection of Talk Talk tracks for a forthcoming "Best of" anthology (which I actually find really weird considering how they tried to stuff him in court in the 90s and basically contributed to the break up of Talk Talk)! Great to know he's still involved somehow, even though he's no longer recording or performing (or giving interviews, which he never liked doing anyway).

So I just found out that Mark Hollis is back in public life-ish!!!! He has produced new music for the TV show "Boss" starring Kelsey Grammer. And like I wanna hear it now!

Mark Hollis has just been awarded for 3 million plays of It's My Life on US TV and Radio by the BMI (also includes the version by No Doubt, since Hollis is the songwriter):

I was in the restaurant the other day, "It's my life" came on the radio. I Soundhounded it, then when it came back with the name, realized I already had it in Itunes. I guess a good song never gets old!
