I think it´s very difficult to name just 1 song that´s the best. It depends on the mood I´m in and how long time it has been since I last heard the song. But these are among my favourites:
Hooters: Private Emotion, Satellite, Karla with a K, Where do the children go? OMD: Tesla girls, Enola gay, Pandora´s box DeFilm: Whale song A-ha: Take on me, Hunting high and low Gazebo: I like Chopin Oakey & Moroder: Together in electric dreams Belinda Carlisle: Heaven is a place on earth, Summer rain, I get weak Queen: Love of my life, Who wants to live forever, Days of our lives New Order: Blue Monday and the list goes on . . . . This is very hard, because I listen to many different genres of music.
One of my favorite 80s songs is Al Corley - Square Rooms - specially the 12" version. Luckily the DJ in Waren before the AV show played this at the venue - wow, that was fantastic !!! visit us at: http://www.alphaville.org |

Can´t choose only one song so I say:
The crying game (Boy George) Together in electric dreams (Georgio Moroder & Phil Oakey) Santa Monica (Savage Garden) The sun always shines on tv (A-ha) Sign your name (Terence Trent D´Arby) Moonlight Shadow * (Mike Oldfield & Maggie Reilly) Could I have this kiss forever (Whitney Houston & Enrique Iglesias) When you get caught between the moon and New York City (Christopher Cross) Nothing´s gonna change my love (Glenn Medeiros) Hear me calling (De/Vision) My god, there are sooo many more... *I´m your best friend-the dream* |

1. IT´S A SIN !!!! (Pet Shop Boys)
A really great melody, with a really wonderful arrangement, and with Neil Tennant making his absolutely best singing ever. 2. PLAY IT COOL (=HERZ AUS GLAS) (Freiheit (=Muenchener Freiheit)) Also a really great melody, with a wonderful arrangement and with great chorus voices. 3. THE SUN ALWAYS SHINES ON TV (A-ha) |
