Great news that it's getting better. I hope improvements continue.

Thanks, Clare!

No sooner after posting that, I tried again, and this time, I could reach up all the way!

But I gotta be careful with that. I got excited, perhaps impatient, and as a result, I still get the pains, esp waking up the next day. So yeah, just try it a little at a time, but it's nice that I can do that again.

Now on top of this, the throat bugs me. X_X

Keep up the good work, Mark. Rehab is a long painful path, but it does work, so it's only a matter of not giving up. I'm trying to claim my knees back from pain as well. ;)

So, visit to the neurosurgeon today. Spine surgery it is.

I have to see when I can get enough time off work to recuperate. Doc says 2 weeks will be enough, but I'd rather 3, so probably Easter hols. Just means I have to live with the pain until then and hope the nerve damage gets no worse.

I have had a migraine for 5 days. Since Friday. Mine normally last about 8 hours. I am at the end of my tether.

That headache (no longer a migraine) is still there. Every time I move my head I feel as though somone has hit me around my eye socket and the side of my head.

I'm also in self isolation as a colleague has covid 19 (she got it from her boyfriend who got sick last week along with several colleagues after doing building work in a hospital - not related to my headache).

Had to beg a doctor to call me today (not Thursday!) as the pain is so intense. Oh yes, I'm working full time from home.

Little bit but only after a laser to the eye. I had glaucoma. Still in pain but only in the cheek not the eye. On painkillers every four hours.
