Fan Site
Just spent the past couple of days getting my website up and running.
Still a lot of work to do but have a look, www.alphaville.co.uk. Please give any feedback on how I can improve it. My collection grows weekly so this will be always updating. Duncan |

Hello!
Just first look.... 1) there isn't no page name at homepage (default index page) 2) menu compact disc - I think will be better "Albums on CD" - "Albums on Vinyl" or someting like this 3) - the text size and picturse are small. Will be better to make them bigger than now. There is a lot of empty space on the right side Also make front covers clickable in order to make an opportunety to see picture in a good quality if you would like to make something interesting. - when I click on CD, Vinyl and ect.... openes all CDs (vinyls and ect) - and it is very long scrolling.... and no button "UP" on the bottom... you have to scrolling back or click on menu again. may be better to make addional menu? Or divided by the lines - singles, solo - looks as one long picture 4) also I think you have to say a little bit about alphaville (not all history, just short introduction - who and what are they...) may be add present group members Best wishes.... :) PS sorry for my english :)

i have increased the size of the images and text, changed the menu to cd albums and vinyl albums.
i will separate the cd singles and vinyl singles when i get to work on that section. force refresh your browser and modifications should show will look into separating the albums into years so easier to get to and back from. only just got back into working with dreamweaver after a great number of years, so just trying to get my head around things again :-) |
