I'm with the folks here who generally rely on their home discographies as opposed to radio (FM, AM or 'Net); the best I can provide on this topic is that a local FM station (I'm in Toronto, Ontario) used to have an 80's request show which occasionally saw 'Big In Japan' or 'Forever Young' played (ostensibly from 'Forever Young', but I'm sure that the BIJ they played was the 12" version from The Singles Collection, as it was missing the tremmelo 'intro' used solely on FY), but that's about it. I have never in my life heard any AV song played outside of either a 'Request' or '80s' format, locally.

(Ultimately, I managed to find out the name of the album BIJ was on- keep in mind, we're talking about 20 years ago, and my 'catalog' was a _lot_ thinner- and picked up the first cassette I'd ever bought; a copy of 'Forever Young' from an HMV. And aside from the presser ink on the cassette shell having worn off from friction years ago, the same tape plays like a dream 20 years after the fact. :))

Either way, I'm quite open to taking a listen to a handful of Net stations that are giving Alpha some airplay; certainly if we're talking their most recent offerings. Would a body need to access the sites mentioned (mainly by Krapplund so far) to connect to their audio stream, or would one be able to use Winamp or another media player to synch?

Is it me, or the presenter pronounces your name @ 27:55 (shortly after "punkt punkt punkt" ? it sounds like "Krapplund" ! funny to hear it's like people were speaking backwards [smile2]

Did today post (in a letter) a small info-page around my trip to Germany for the shows and around the new album to the radioshannel for some more promotion...and hope they play I Die For You Today again....
