"The video of "Wanderings Stars" is supposed to be downloadable..."
Has anyone managed to download that video yet? I keep trying, but it keeps saying "try later". I wonder when later is, as so far I've tried so many different times. ....it was them what drove me to drink!" [drunk] Grandad, Only Fools and Horses (UK sitcom) |

My kids (11 years and 9 years) both watch a television show here on Disney called "Lizzie McGuire". Friday evening I was playing a game online and they came running into my room to announce to me that "Forever Young" was playing on their show. I ran into the room expecting a remix done by someone else or something and what did I hear? None other than the real Alphaville's "Forever Young" coming out of my telly. I couldn't believe it...My sons couldn't believe it either, they thought that I was listening to it on the computer or on my cd player. When they knew that I wasn't and that it was actually coming from the show we were all excited about it...

Wow Trent, that's super cool! Wonder if we get that programme on Disney Channel over here in the UK - have to watch for it.
Well, I found AV on a compilation CD last week, so a TV appearance (even if it's just the music) is about due and not impossible I think... UPDATE: my son's just told me that he's seen that episode!! I'll have to watch for it coming back round! |

I always watch another program called "Queer As Folk" (The American version) And in the first season they have "Forever Young" being played in the background at a bar, it's just not THE Alphaville, it's someone covering "Forever Young"
