I found some YT video with a movement of the head that helped me a lot this morning. But I can't move too fast or bend to pick up something because it starts again. Not as bad as it was yesterday though. I'm under medication now, so I hope it will wear out soon. Thanks for asking! :)

Here's hoping you get some help for it, Malila. And best of luck with that head move.

Thank you, Mark. That, and the medication seem to be working. I feel much better tonight. :)

Positional/postural vertigo? I guess that because of the movement exercises you mentioned. I also have that from time to time. It's quite annoying but good to handle with that exercises. Should go away quickly. *crosses fingers*
Keep on shaking, baby! |

Thank you, Ana. I'm not sure it has an origin on my movements (I've been under medical surveillance for tinnitus and possible Menière disease), but it definitely gets worse when I shake my head. It's mostly under control with medication, but hasn't gone away completely. ;(
I'd love to do this though. |

Ok, no head banging then ...
It's frustrating to diagnose someone with a yet incurable disease. I hope the current accut attack goes away quickly! (((m))) |

Thank you, Ana. I can freely move my head now and tinnitus is not too loud, so I think this little episode won't get worse. Doctor said I should keep taking a vasodilator for a few more days, but at least I don't have to take the pill to control dizziness. =)
