Management are now planning a new system next month for taking payments. Training is being planned for those in the town where the council is based (an hour and a half to two hours away) but nothing for us. We'll just have to learn on the job.

Battles. All my bills are going up. I just got my phone/broadband bill and it had doubled. (a mistake, say BT) My heating unit consumption has doubled every bill I've had. It's a mistake they admit but it happens each time. Have to get the meter checked (it all started after they installed the new meter.) So been battling that since Saturday. Next month my income won't meet my bills so it's crisis time and every supplier seems to think my bank account is just waiting to be emptied. Newsflash, alreadyempty. *sigh*

Off to citizen's advice tomorrow. I cannot keep fighting these battles.

Slave labour. No really. Unemployed people made to work for their unemployement benefits at big companies and as cleaners and told that it's "work experience".

Our government claim to be backtracking after lying through their teeth for weeks but sick and disabled people who have more than 6 months to live will still have to do it. So if you have 7 months to live presumably you can't go on to the afterlifeif you don't have sufficient retail experience? Shelf stacking while hoked up to a chemotherapy drip. Sounds ridiculous but it's true.

Clients that want to buy roses when I have my break !! Normally I take the break later in this case but that wasnt possible as today I was the boss and had to keep an eye on everybody. *sob*

Is it so hard to wait half an hour 'till I finished breakfast....? -_-

I totally sympathise. Why do people always have really complicated issues to deal with 2 minutes before my break?

Same here, like I am the only one in the department.

Always seems to happen to me too, right when I'm trying to run out the office door. And it's always a question I don't have the answer to, like "when will this earthquake claim be settled" and I haven't heard about it in months LOL.
