Adi - no, no - we can share a 4 bedroom room for the weekend since Clare is there for the weekend only. Then you, Leah and I can share a room for the remaining time you are there.

Don't worry about me from the 17th - only worry about me from the time you arrive in berlin. (which you said would be around the 26th right?)

As soon as you know when you are arriving in Berlin let me know cause we'll book the room for the weekend starting from the day you arrive there in Berlin since you, Leah and I will be there before Clare. (and Clare can join of course when she arrives)

I will worry about my own accomodations before we all get together that weekend.

We'll be staying from Saturday to Tuesday (3 nights) :) We'll arrive on late Saturday evening from Luebben and our flight back is scheduled for Tuesday afternoon :)

OK - i booked flights

For now its gonna be from 26th (plane will arrive to Berlin at 09:30) till 31st (leaving in the morning) - that one is for sure but the company where i ordered is waiting for an answer if there are places on the flights of 2.9
Thats what i have for now.
Ill call them again on Teusday morning to see whats going on, maybe they will have an answer before Poul E will do the booking.
According to what i saw on El-Al's site, the 2.9 flight is still available so...hoping for the best

As it looks like now, we arrive friday and leave tuesday. That means four nights in the hostel.

Please don't book anything for Simon Horton from the UK. He's not sure of travel plans at the moment so will book accomodation later.

@Brownie: There's a lot of Swedes who haven't yet decided how/with whom they want to share a room. Here's the list: Ulrica Bakklund, Carl Liwell, Patrik Karlsson, Fredrik Erlandsson, Andreas Engfeldt, Joachim Hollander, Leena Aho & Maria Blomberg + you want Roland Krude in a room with you at least! Andreas already said that he would prefer a room with Patrik & Fredrik with whom he will probably be travelling....and they don't want to stay in a dorm room. I hope you can figure out how these rooms should be mixed!! If you can make a 4 and a 5 person room it would be great!

@Everyone: Even if we arrange the rooms now we still can't be certain that we can book just the rooms we want as that's up to the hostel. But the sooner we book the better our chances are!!
