I hate to see that the great Bernhard is leaving the show. But hey, AV is constantly changing. The one I miss, and always will miss is Frank Mertens, the melody God! Come to think of it... this is AV throughout the years:
1984 - Marian, Bernhard and Frank 1985-96 - Marian, Bernhard and Ricky 1997-02 - Marian, Bernhard 2003 THE NEW ALPHAVILLE; Marian Gold and Martin Lister. SOUNDS LIKE A NEW MELODY! For me this is the evolution of AV . And AV 2004 is for me Marian Gold and Martin Lister. But its not the same anymore... Frank Mertens , Bernhard Lloyd and Ricky Echolette will be so f***ing missed...at least in this members opinion. |
