Hey there

I'm a newbie here, so, first of all, my greetings to everyone :)
I've just opened my copy. Fun, I see two identical discs No. 3 with demos and no dvd, and all the discs have tiny spots/fingerprints and scrathces of different degree. As the copy has travelled quite a long way to me, I concede that the discs might have been scratched during shipping. (but the spots, huh?)
Strange, but I wouldn't say I'm disappointed, tbh, rather amazed. Especially with these cd-twins) Now I'm wondering if it is possible to address the manufaturer with this issue? Well, somewhere has to be a copy with two dvds, hasn't it?)) I just don't see the point of such intentional replacement of discs.

Where have you purchase it from, Jenica? If it was Amazon, they have a return policy for customers

It was not Amazon (not an option for me, unfortunately). I wanted to buy from jpc, but the box was out of stock at the time. I've contacted the store, we’ll see how it goes.

I've have the same problem with fingerprint, but all disc are OK (there are not identical)! I bought on lexer.

I've bought the next copy on another shop (which I note to you above) and will check the box this evening...

I saw this shop, but then found the one with still lower price.
So, for now, I've returned the copy. They promised to exchange it.

One side - good news :)
another one...the tray is like сardboard envelope thats why when you take the cds off every time you kill them. Just put the discs to another box.
