I have ordered the box now. I am certain that I'd regret it if I let the chance of getting something this special pass me by!! I'm still considering to go to Hamburg to see them perform there.....I REALLY want to see them live!!

A new "snippet" is now out on their official website. I must admit I am looking more and more forward to this album. I think the new Alphaville album will have to be REALLY great to better than the new OMD album "History of modern" with all the classic synth. The melody to "Sister Marie says" was written back in 1981 and the lyrics in 1993...they call it "the lost brother of Enola Gay".
It's no doubt going to be a fantastic album!!!! |

not to be negative...but the more i hear new clips (so far 3) the more i'm left thinking that this isn't going to be a great album :(
i know omd have it in them to make fantastic songs..but so far everything i've heard is mediocre. sister marie says isn't mediocre..but its not NEW....and if i was OMD i wouldn't have released it at all because its....3 decades old! |
