So many possibilities ... I have neither been to Portugal before, nor to Romania. So am I interested? Yes. Will I go? don't know, maybe if there's a group ... but Portugal in March could really be interesting to warm up a bit ...

The place where the Romanian concert will be held is the old Palace Hall of the Royal Palace (now the National Art Gallery) where Ceausescu fled from in a helicopter during the Romanian revolution in 1989.
Apollo, Romania is closer... ;-) I've just looked at my calendar. 28th March is during our Easter holidays...
