Badly Drawn Boy

Was watching a Hugh Grant movie the other day called About a Boy - it was an ok movie - but the songs in it were great and I found out at the end of the movie that the entire soundtrack was by the band Badly Drawn Boy. I started searchging for their songs and found some real gems. He is a little quirky, but has interesting lyrics and a nice sound. Some good songs are Silent Sigh, You Were Right and Something To Talk About.

Does anyone else like this band?

I quite like some of his stuff. Ive seen him a couple of times too. Once at the Glastonbury festival in 2000 with a full band and again at Glastonbury in 2002 where he did an acoustic set on the main stage all by himself, must have taken some guts to do that. By the way his real name is Damon Gough. Hes pretty big here in England and his first proper album 'Hour Of Bewilderbeast' won loads of awards. Try hunting down some songs off his early EPs, theyre really good.
