Existence

Here's a little something I wrote this morning..I don't really like it, but if I don't like it, why should you ppl go unspoiled?

Flowing

In the beginning
there was nothing,
nothing at all
nothing at all

From this nothing
sprang a dry river bed
milenia after milenia
nothing more
nothing at all

In an instant
the flood came
gushing forward
never stopping
or so it seemed
so it seemed

Then a wall
of massive proportions
stopped the flow
cut it short
like a flaming sword through thickest ice
melting
vapourising
everything that flowed

Now the river
yurns with desire
it wants to flow
it wants to go forward
in a neverending stride
gushing forward
forever
and ever
and ever

I ask this question
to my lonly self
will my river
ever flow again
gushing forward
in the name of love
endless time will tell
endless time will tell

:|^|:..and if rain brings winds of change, let it rain on us forever..:|^|:

it was nice...a bit special, but good!! :)
...the beginning made me think of Howard Jones´ song "Hide and Seek"...

Well "Those people" need to be B.B. gunned in the butt...No sense in flaming poetry...even if it is worth flaming..it's an expression of art and true feelings...*Totally respects that*

"When I close my eyes, I see my soul...When I open them, I see yours"...

Hey, looks promising! Really! Keep on writing, especially when you go through thunderstorms: It helps and the works get the better the more confused/happy/rageous/desperated/lucky (...) you are.

Forever Young!
