I suppose most of the people that are going to 27/09 could also be interested in another close date, like 26/09. I see advantages for us and for the band. In my opinion, once the date 27/09 is sold out they will open another date. "Le divan du monde" is so small.

What advantages? There are cost and availability factors to begin with. It costs the band a lot to put on a gig like this. If people really want to be there, they will book for the 27 Sept. If they can't make it on that date, well that's the way the cookie crumbles (like when I had to miss Prague in 2009). If they can make it but they miss getting tickets, they should have been quicker. It's not the job of the band to please all of the people, all of the time and that would be impossible anyway. It's just like that.

But weren't there talks about multiple dates, but if it's not sold out yet, I guess it's not necessary.

They may announce more dates when the first concert is sold out. This is strategy and many bands have done that

Honestly I do not see a second date being set, certainly not around the 27th - Too late to rebook the Divan, and anyway, if tickets are not sold out, the band loses money...The longer they wait, the less venues that they have to choose from,.

No way, if the venue is not sold out yet, there will be no more dates.
To be honest, I prefer one event like this, makes it more special to be there, can't wait
