Ana: It was not a recipe problem, but the spice was old. I usually have a good instinct in the kitchen, but I used a bad spice.
I have been buying my own fresh herbs, let them dry and put them in the old jars that already have a label. (Yeah, I'm that lazy.) But it seems I don't eat as much thyme as I do other herbs and spices, so this one has been around for about 5 years. O_O Oh well. Now eating rice pudding. It's been a long time I didn't cook this. *yum!* |

Ah, now I get it. 5 years ... hmmm... no wonder.
Lettuce for me today. In my first life I must have been a rabbit. |

@Ana:
Cold hibiscus flower infusion. Maybe I should be drinking something hot though... temperatures really fell during the last two hours. *brr*

Cold coffee here ... well, it was warm an hour ago but I got so absorbed by reading the papers that I forgot to drink.

Subway sandwich. I'm not fond of them, but I didn't want to cook and I thought it was better than a hamburger... and cheaper than the Mexican fast food I have around. :D
