Hi,
To my knowledge The Breathtaking Blue is a ufo album, in that it inspired Songlines and the still graphics series, but no track was ever performed live on stage. I am feeling I missed this question when it was possible (see the excellent AV now website current updates).

There are a few different ones. Which one were you looking for? Just do a search for "Alphaville Romeos" on You Tube and you'll see them.

Well, correction. Romeos was played live at the Tempodrome, but not sure the band itself has the recording anymore (http://www.alphaville.org/showthread.php?p=92586).
