In front of me I have a CD VIDEO SINGLE (PAL) of Banarama with 4 audio tracks and one video track.

Does someone knows if it is possible to watch this video track on a PC? Maybe with special software?

I have only one CD VIDEO SINGLE (PAL) by Fancy.

Since the video is analogue a PC can´t see the 4th track (video), the only way I have ever seen it is with my old Laserdisc player (that I don´t have anymore).

As far as I know normal DVD-players have also the option to play Video-CDs

Nope, video cd format VCD (which is digital) is not the same as cd video format CDV (analogue) from the 80s. This old format doesn´t exist anymore, that´s why only the old Laserdisc players could play them.
