@Agnes: It's tough when it's going on, but fortunately it rarely last for more than 24 hours!!
Things to make it better....bananas, oatmeal porridge (also great when you throw up) & youghurt. You need to avoid milk & products made from milk (except curdled milk products). And it's very important that you get water and salt because you loose that when you "live in the toilet"... |
