@Clare: I know you understand. Well, he says it's stress and he put me on a strict diet with no coffee, no sugar, no alcohol, no fat, no spicy food... Everything is forbidden, except massive doses of Vitamin B. I didn't ask what I should do if the diet stresses me out more.

That diet would completely stress me.
I have to go to the doctor. I had steroids for an internal problem and as soon as I finished the course the symptoms got far worse leading me to abandon a political march that I'd travelled overnight to attend and the next night home. ....it was them what drove me to drink!"
