The guy whose have the VISIONS copy available for trade is asking for you:

"Let's suppose you got two copies of CRAZYSHOW promo. Would you trade it against VISIONS? Or perhaps you would try to get much more stuff ('cause CS is quite rare) or even sell on e-Bay?

In other words: not a fair trade too... same thing with Brazilian VISIONS."

but Visions was not really considered a true promo - its basically a regular release to promote a series of concerts in Brazil at the time of its release and for a while there it could be purchased through any number of online cd stores and is still very much available through other mediums such as ebay. There was a flood of them at one point to the market and that has not been the case with Excerpts.

I have only seen two copies of the Excerpts of Crazyshow out in public (and its been around now for 10 months) and they both went for almost 150 dollars on ebay. Visions has never gone higher than 50 that I know of.... The Excerpts of Crazyshow is a bona fide promo. It isn't to promote concerts as Visions was, it is truly a promo to get interest from labels - remember Marian said that they were trying to get a single CD (like Excerpts) from Crazyshow mass produced by a major label - so Excerpts exists to entice and garner that support. It is not, nor will it probably ever be readily available at online cd stores (as a promo) like the Visions cd was. As far as numbers are concerned I think there are far fewer Excerpts cds than there are Visions cds.

That is why I said its not exactly a fair trade - and right now there are many more collectors looking for a precious few Excerpts than the other way around, because many of us already have Visions.

But to answer your question, If I had two Excerpts I would probably not trade it directly for a Visions cd because right now it seems that Excerpts is rarer and more difficult to find than Visions so a one for one trade would not be fair. I would probably sell my extra copy to the highest bidder on ebay.

Now, again, this is just my opinion - the thing with trading is that you can always find someone who might have an extra copy and really need Visions..... it could happen, but I wouldn't do it.

Remember, what may be rare in one circle may be common or not wanted in another circle......

someone notis that the Forever young [Unplugged] version on "Visions Of Dreamscapes" have birdsinging in the begining....it´s not on the Dreamscapes or singel-version...
