That's not a fair comparison, Alphaville has ALWAYS invited to release parties. I understand why people complain. I can make it, but it takes some holidays from work, not everyone outside Germany will be able to do this in 3 weeks notice...

I don't know. If I can get a flight on the Wednesday and home on the Thursday. I need to be at work on the Friday. It's really tough to get time off at such short notice. If I can, I will. Invitation appreciated. Never been to a CD launch before.

The only way that I can do it is to land in Berlin Wednesday at 17:45 and leave Thursday at 10:55. And it will cost a lot of money to do so.
