My Review:
Dear Bernhard,
First of all i have to say that I LOVE the music in all the songs - I love the sound of a synthisizer weather its jumpy or quiet.
However, I dont really like all the songs. I usually fall in love with the songs that catches my ears when i first listen to a CD.
Great songs like : World, Ice, Games, Land, Freedom, Flying, Thats All.
I also like Dogs but i have a problem with the female backing vocals...
Speaking of backing vocals : I can hardly hear Marian's voice on Games......
Games is a great song! there is a part where Max sings: "left thinking right going back..." and it really sounds like a game!
very nice !!!
There are 2 songs that sounds a little like AV songs to me :
We've already talked about the intro of Flying (sounds like Astral body. i was very flattered that you were impressed by me :-)).
The other song is Freedom - I find the intro just a bit similar to Afternoons in utopia. Im probably wrong though... :-)
I dont hate the other songs: Living, Skin and more... I just dont feel connected to these songs when i listen to them.
But as i said before - the music is great !!!!!!
I think that Max's voice is great for these songs. It was hard to get used to it at first but now i love it as it is.
The 2 songs in French are pretty cool. I know a bit French and its very nice to listen to Max when he sings them.
I have to tell you once again how much i LOVE World, Thats All and Flying !!!
World is absolutly perfect - a great combination between the lyrics and the music !!!
Thats all is beautiful. sweet and quiet melody with very tender words. Fantastic !!!
Flying is a great song for dancing!!! Very energetic !
In a scale of 5 i give the first AP album : 4.2 (just a bit above 4...)

Ok ok "The Greatest Bernd" Here's what I think mate..Mr. Hollers voice is cool as hell..It is re-listenable..HAHA Is that a bloody word..Well I said it anyway, Only one thing I was disappointed in.."Games" =( (Can't hear Mr Gold in this song all that well..I had to listen a couple times and still wonder if that's him I am hearing or me mind playing tricks on me) I was not really disappointed in the fact that I could not hear Mr. Gold but that the girl in the next song was REALLY audible, I felt like Well...Damn why is she allowed to be heard and they are hiding Mr. Golds voice in this? I would have rathered Mr. Gold not been on the cd than me not be able to hear him..I don't know about anyone else but "Games" at the begining reminded me Of "One Step Behind You" I could be completely insane though...Ok enough griping about that one...Loved ICE!!!!!! Very cool synths and there is a part where it really sounds like Ice if Ice made a sound..it's that cool (as in cold) sound...You guys captured that great..."World" Is fantabulous..That's what we all want to say but just sit on our thumbs and never actually say it..Good song...In a whole I loved the cd..the synths are incredible..Mr. Hollers voice is exceptional..and the songs are edible brain candy for me brain..I love the way "Freedom" starts out...Reminds me of the begining of a movie, and the music is major uplifting kind of pride like music..Like a national anthem..Perfect for this song..(Favs, "World", "Ice", "Land" "Freedom", "Flying" "That's All" Ok ok ok ok,..I liked the whole bloody cd...You all know I can never pick a fav of anything, me mind changes too much upon moods..Thanks for the great brain candy "The greatest Bernd" I trully appreciate it
