pointless - vote for New AV-inspired New Wave Band
In 2023, I started a new band with 3 other, truly brilliant musicians: pointless
In all our songs, nods to our favorite bands are hidden... in the lyrics, the chord progesssions, synth hooklines etc. Many of these allude to Alphaville. While our first album will be released in August, our first song, pointless, has just been published and entered in an important music award competiton. I think most Alphaville fans will really, really enjoy the sound. And find quite a bunch of AV-references in music and lyrics... some obvious, some hidden.
