Relieved that the quince jelly seems to have set (woo hoo!) and the only thing burned are my nerves. I only do this once a year but the point where it's ready to be bottled is hard to recognise.

Happy I made it home after fighting to get on a flight home or wait three days because of snow.... that and having a drink, trying to rest and waiting for 2011 to slowly arrive!
