woo hoo! it's so nice here today! +3C... warm and wonderful... it's been so long since it was that warm here last time!
I'd like to have temperatures from +5C to -5C in winter... and maybe a couple of days with -10C (that would be an awful frost!) WHY is can't be like that?????

haha... if temperature will fall back to "minus" within next days we'll have some fun called "surviving on ice" and "trying not to fall down"

It snowed here yesterday!!!! [cold]

I've lived in Peterborough for almost 4 years and not seen proper snow in all that time. I had to go shopping, and when I realised that the snow was falling, I was so happy! The grey estate where I live was white and glittering.

*Getting over funny moment, I promise*

Makes me titter somewhat...

They complain about snow and ice - it's winter for god's sakes! And still the British aren't prepared for it!

By the way, it's fine, dry and clear here. Wish I were down south or on the east coast...

Every time in Britain that the temperature is below freezing and there's a little bit of snow, everything stops! It really is ridiculous. As if trains really can't cope. Everywhere else copes!

Much as I love snow, I would not like to be outside all day. Best of luck David!

The snow has almost gone here. When I see snow it takes me back to my childhood, living in a small village and hoping that the snow would continue and the school bus wouldn't get through. I always loved snow!

I noticed some of you were talking about the weather so I dug up this topic.

Here in Denmark it usually rains a lot and we rarely see the sun. But the past 2 or 3 months we have hardly had any rain at all. We got a bit of snow about a month and a half ago, but rain...no. Itīs really great to see the sun as much as Iīve done so far this spring. I really hope it continues!!!
