Ok, everything has been moved to a cheaper solution within the same webhost, I think we lost some posts in the transfer, but not that much, please let me know if the speed and performance is ok.

Thanks

Yeepeee, great new, thank you so much, Willy !

Whatever you do, never explain yourself : your friends don't need it, and your enemies won't believe you.

I've missed the AV community since I had to leave it several years ago. Now that I'm trying to come back, it seems like it's gone. I hear the yahoo group is practically nonexistent, but there doesn't seem to be much interaction on FB either to explain that. I would love to be a part of the community, meet other fans, etc. I'm not sure why that has died off, but the Dream Room seems to be our last hope. Help us, Mar-ian-Kenobi- you're our only hope!

The future exists, first in Imagination, then in Will, then in Reality.

We're just hanging in there as best we can, really.

Used to be part of the Yahoo! Group, even got a response from Marian himself, but it had been so long that I couldn't remember my password, and eventually lost the account. Part of not being there so long was the wait for posts to show up in threads, that delay that was pretty irritating.

Glad to pop in once in a while, still, and glad things were done to keep the site going.

Hello, my friend...

I'm so late joining this conversation.

I try to visit every day, but lately I don't even have the time to read all active threads, even less to post a reply.

I still haven't got used to the phone (I used to have one with a physical keyboard but they don't exist anymore); I prefer writing on the PC's keyboard, so I usually wait until I can use the PC to visit the Dreamroom to post.
Also, AV is something serious for me, so I like to dedicate time and attention to what I post here; it's very different when I visit FB, where I can post anything without even thinking much about it. It's faster and I don't have to write long messages.

@Willy: I agree that the Dreamroom could move to a cheaper host, since the website is not having as much traffic as it used to have. However, I would like to ask: given that we have at least one chat with Marian per year, is it possible to host the chat in a good server just for the day Marian is there? That would be fantastic and we wouldn't have to sacrifice much.

I must be going crazy or the brandy's won the race 32
