The Blue Rays WILL be replaced. It was already stated in an earlier post that the BRs are hybrid discs and will be replaced

No mail and still no answers too for the damaged box

I got my email yesterday.


Even though what damage done to my box set is merely a large wrinkle at the bottom of the box, felt the need to let them know.

Same here. 200 euros for a box with damage and 2 bad blue rays with no comeback since it was delivered

Just adding my name to the pile of people who got a damaged box (but the contents were fine). And it sounds like damaged in the same way as many others: compressed from the top, to the point of one of the corners splitting.

I did send in photos of the damage as directed and got a "got your email, we're working on it" reply, which I appreciate. Not particularly concerned, I'm sure they'll come up with something to make it right.

I guess I'm relaxed about this because I have dealt with printers in China several times due to my job as a graphic designer. The quality and pricing are top-notch, but scheduling and getting straight answers to simple questions is not, especially when things don't go according to plan. So I have a feeling Brady + crew have their hands full trying to sort out a solution that works for everyone involved. No point in being anything but patient.

Patience is all I got. Still..



Nothing against China, and I do understand what it means working independently without the support of a major label. But why not manufacture such an elaborate set in the US or in Germany, where either the production team or the band/management are never too far away. And not less important, why not to invest a tiny bit more in a serious pakaging to make sure we get it all in one piece. I've received much more delicate items from all over the world in perfect conditions... This one excluded.



With the costs involved (200+ USD) I wouldn't say it's impossible to do.
