But I'd give it a try; I would really like to know what they did mixing those things.

Almond milk with almond pancakes. =)
I prepared almond "milk" yesterday, and I didn't like it. I have to drink it still today though because one cup of almonds gave me about three glasses of "milk".
The good thing is that I added the leftover almond meal to some pancakes and they are delicious. :D
