Only the Liverpool one was cancelled as far as I'm aware. That was the only cancelled one that Alphaville were due to play at. They played at the ones in Belfast and Glasgow. I was at both.

The Skids were formed in Dunfermlin, Scotland in 1978 and disbanded in 1981. Their Guitarist, Stuart Adamson went on to form Big Country, with worldwide success. Two of the most popular songs by The Skids were INTO THE VALLEY and WORKING FOR THE YANKEE DOLLAR

DR. Alban, S CLUB, C& C Music Factory.
Stuart died of an alcohol related illness in 2002 in Hawaii aged 43. One of the best guitarists ever. https://3arena.ie/artist/80s-90s-disco-2019/2552 Here's the link to the Dublin line up I'm gliding in the distance and watch the world go by An orbit full of questions, a perforated sky |

That's sad about Adamson he was great,a favourite pin-up of my aunt's that's how I remember him so well, bless him.
I know, three songs is like a warm up even though it'll be good to have them here for the first time. I don't know hot chip either Emo I'm behind with the trends lol.. Thanks for link Mart,I used to love Techotronic in my younger days haha If I get to see Alphaville even for a few minutes I'll be quite content with that I'll wait & see about pumping up the jam lol |

I was not impressed by any of the other bands at either concert. I only stuck around until Alphaville played. In Glasgow some of us had a meeting with Marian as the UK fan club. Maybe we can see whether Marian is around after the Dublin one. You should at any rate arrange a meeting point. It's fun to meet other fans.

Clare that sounds great,I've no idea how we would go about asking for that,I'm not sure we have an official fanclub here,Mike above was my only connection to a fanbase. I had a half baked idea of finding out where they are staying and storming it lol,(all four of us)...whatcha think?

We could ask Claudia? Even with official agreement last time and Alphaville's manager to greet us, the venue were not cooperative, There were 8 of us.
