I think it was Martin who told me that a few months ago......
They really want a company who will treat the new album the way it deserves and thats why they are willing to wait for so long.........

If so, then it's a shame that they can't see the bigger picture. Do they really think some small obscure label (which is what they most likely will get) will spread the album to more people than WEA?

It doesn't matter if WEA doesn't give even a small bit of promotion for the album, it will still sell more if you can order it through every webstore in Europe.

And if as a result of this, we may have lost a new best of release featuring singles after First Harvest, maybe a remastered Forever Young album, perhaps also even a DVD release, then well... they have really let their devoted fans down.

But I haven't heard anything official on this yet so I'm just saying IF this is the case...

The new album deserve promotion and the best form of promotion for someone who have more or less been "out of the music scene" since 1997 is to make people recall how great they once were by rereleasing the old stuff in new and interesting packages and then shortly after that they release the new album!
