Güstrow - Alphaville Forum

After a nice and great weekend in Hamburg and Berlin where we on our way back to Sweden.
We hade two Alphaville concerts - Hamburg 2/5 (my birthday) and Berlin 3/5 with
Alphaville´s 20th anniversary party after the concert. Meet a lots of Alphaville fans from all around the world.
A great weekend and on sunday I, Jonathan, Avil and Av Defender was on the way home.
But unluckey my car from 1990 broke down and we was stuck at the autobahn and only 1 hour from the ferry in Rostock.
I can´t explain my feelings but it was just one thing to do - call a breakdown truck and get to nerest garage and that was in the town Güstrow.
So now we where stucked in Güstrow with a broken car and it was sunday. So we hade to wait to monday.
The first night we sleept in the car....someone said that it was cold...I don´t know.

Next morning after mutch nagging the garage tock my car and started to look after the problem. The hole monday we walked around in Güstrow and waited for answer about the car.
Bit it was mutch to do on the car, so my travelling compans took a train and a ferry to Sweden leter that evening. Alone I was now stucked and got a room at a hotel to sleep.
Tuesday morning - a new day and a new day of waithing. I was not sure that I would come home today eather.
I talked to the people in the garage and told them that if I could come home this day everything hade to be ready 6 pm so I hade a chance to get my car to the ferry.
And they said...it would go. But around 5 pm they told me that they found more stuff that was broken.
So they hade to drive to Rostock and fix a new. They drow away....and later they went back fast.
And 15 minutes before 6 pm they was ready and drow a check-round. And almost 6 pm i got my car back and I could pay for it and drive to Rostock.
And I went to the ferry....i was very happy to get home. And around 3 in the morning I was at my home - sleepy and 1200 USD less in the pocket.
But the trip to Germany and Alphaville total cost me around 1500 USD more than it was calculated.

But I hade a nice and happy weekend in Germany and some nice pic from the town Güstrow.

We saw a name sign beside a door, and one of the names on those signs were H Knull. The people from Sweden understands what the funny part is!

Heh, I understood it, but I only imagined what would bw on the photo first :)...that's why I didn't see anything funny in it first, but :)....
