Yes, that's a pity of course.
But I think Dire Straits, Tool and Radiohead has a bigger fanbase. At least at the mid 90s. The clubmusic was still running 12" vinyl. Fools was released on vinyl though.
Dreamscapes was a very special release for hardcore fans, and on vinyl would be very cool, but it would be for a limited numbers of costumers and comes with a big cost and risks.
Vinyl became the physical choice when streaming and digital releases took over the CD.
Again only my personal guess.
