ok whenever i start a topic, i don't get much response, but I must admit I start stupid topics. Anyhoo...the most stressful part of my day is probably dinnertime and figuring out what to make. I always wonder what other people are eating, and I wondered today what AV fans like. how about throwing out your favorite recipes? we could have quite an international av cuisine here. applestrudel anyone???

My mother is from India so she makes a lot of Indish food, and my dad is from China so he makes Chinese food.<img src=icon_smile_blush.gif border=0 align=middle>

FOOD!!! My favourite subject after Alphaville!

I love seafood mainly, pasta in cream sauce with a tin of smoked mussels. Quick and delicious.

Another favourite is chicken with coconut, cashew nuts and coriander leaves. That's nice in a soup too.

Every year my family go to Bruges in Belgium and eat ourselves silly, mussels and chips, eels in cream sauce, scampi in garlic butter sauce, fish soup, all washed down with delicious local beers.

When I can't be bothered to cook I get chicken Korma delivered. Delicious.

Oh yes Sushi! I have cravings for that too. I was craving sushi the other day and the supermarket didn't have any. I can make it, but it's never as good or varied as the ready made sort.

Good that I´m having lunch in ten minutes.

OK, here's one of my favourites: Spaghetti alla puttanesca for two (lovers?).

Fry five chopped anchovies in olive oil for a minute or tho, then fry a couple of chopped cloves of garlic and add a can of whole tomatoes. Let simmer for half an hour. Now cook the pasta and add black olives and capers to the sauce along with some salt and pepper. When the pasta is ready (or more precisely, "al dente"!) mix the pasta with the sauce and sprinkle some fresh basil or oregano on top. Serve with parmegiano or pecorino cheese. Yummy!
