Interesting discussion: CDs were meant to last forever when they started selling them. So far, I'm glad mine are all good. :)

Anyway, I'll have to wait for the CD release in Amazon America to have one delivery with some other items a group of friends and I are planning to buy, so we'll have just one shipping fee... in the meantime, I also hope the exchange rate will continue to go down again.

Alphaville "Strange Attractor"
(Poloydor/Universal)

Das letzte Comeback Album "Catching Rays on Giant" hatte einige davon im Gepäck, darunter "Die Another Day".

This grabs a top spot among the most moronic reviews I have ever read - basically he says "it's a pretty good album with some really great songs, but how dare they try something new...they are OOOOOLD guys and a good part of their fanbase is OOOOOLD, too, so the deal is: please sound like you did on "Forever Young" and dont surprise us, EVER, because we can't handle surprises anymore, at our age".

Seriously, is this supposed to be a joke? SONIC SEDUCER should be able to do better than this...

I prefer to walk with my own feet
I prefer to dance to my own beat
I prefer to sing my own song
I prefer to live - do you wanna come along?
(Ephemere - Eternal Travelers pt. III)

NEW ALBUM RELEASED:
Check out my synth-rock band EPHEMERE's latest, the wonderfully synth-heavy LP "Hobos & Architects": www.ephemere.de

Thank you, this is exactly what I thought. But it connects to his passion for De/Vision whose albums sound all the same.
