We get rain, but never 'gunk'. That sounds dangerous!

@Starman, Foolship: I'd give something for having rain more often, but I'm not sure I'd survive in your locations.
Well, it rained last night. It was mostly for making everything dirty though. Oh well, rain season won't start till June, and there is still the roasting temperatures of spring, so I better not complain much. It can always be worse. |

Shy spring here, fortunately, so I'm not being cooked yet. Decent temperatures around 26ºC (Real feel 29ºC, but tolerable indoors). Nights are still kind of cold; I haven't changed winter sheets or duvet for spring ones.

Beautiful sunny weather. Just got new furniture and plants for my garden so I've been eating outside.

More rain and cold air...more of the same all week. I know Seattle is "infamous" for its rain, but this is ridiculous!

The days, but mostly the nights are getting warmer, so I think I'm not going to keep the winter sheets or duvet anymore. In any case, if there is a cold night, I'll have smaller blankets at hand. :)
@Mark: The news said Seattle hadn't seen many sunny days since October. A friend who lives in the area was thinking about taking some vitamin D to compensate. :) |

Actually has been pleasant and somewhat cool the last couple of days, I guess we're getting another one just like it tomorrow...
@MalilaM: Really, vitamin D is supposed to help with that? Hmmm, next time I become affected by the crud weather, I might have to try that. Hello, my friend... |

Yesterday there was a terrible wildfire on one of my neighbor volcanoes. The smog it produced has invaded the city. It seems that the wind is not willing to help disipate it... yesterday it was blowing hard; but today, not even a little gust. ;(
I read somewhere that, since the sun is necessary for the body to produce vitamin D, when there is less sun, people tend to feel affected by a lack of this vitamin. This deficiency seems to be related to S.A.D. (Seasonal Affective Disorder), so taking a certain dose of it might help you feel better. I'm not sure if this is speculation or not, so I'd talk to my doctor about it before taking anything, to play it safe. :D |
