The new album

Soon there will be a whole new AV-album, and I, and surely many more people, have waited for it a long time. We have heard Scum of the earth and Moongirl...Will the new album be like these?Deeper then the previus albums?

they are part of DS9.

Not true. Marian had stated that the DS9 tracks are a reflection of the current phase of Alphaville. Definitely not old stuff. Just clearing things up a bit...

Marian put the finishing touch to 'Moonboy' on November 19th and 'Moongirl' was finished on February 2nd this year.
You're right, each song reflects the current phase of the band! That's what Dreamscapes 9 is all about ...

the plans is that AV will release a new studioalbum next year. marian has spent time in Toscany, Italy to work with new material. The DS9 has nothing to do with the next album...Maybe there would be 1 or 2 songs from DS) on the new album, but we will have a brand new DS9 album in October 2001 and also a new studioalbum next year...
