What do you think ?
Please do not include AV albums as we
already know that it's an AV fans forum.

My first thought was "Forever young" when I saw your topic, but if I can´t choose that it would have to be "Afternoons in Utopia". After that it would probably be "Hunting high and low" by A-ha, certainly not a DM album.

But hey, can´t we just skip AV-albums and take other artist´s albums???
The topic is in "Other artist" section, isn´t it? Not counting with AV, I say:

Sten,at last a kindred spirit, but i do prefer Malcolm McLarens Duck Rock LP to Fans we should make each other a compilation tape ,i need to hear more bands like these, the UK music scene has become musicless, too many boybands!

Let me think... alright:
Camouflage - 'Voices and images' (a definition of synthpop)
X-Perience - 'Magic fields' (when I first heard it, I just simply couldn't believe my own ears that it's possible to record such beautiful music nowadays)
Wolfsheim - 'Spectators' (that voice...)
de/vision - 'Void' (it's obvious, isn't it)
Psyche - 'The influence' ('rainy' music plus Darrin with his 'Marc Almond wannabe' voice)

Dm is also obvious, so I skipped them... Nah, place 'Violator' on the list!

As for the 'adifferentdrum' bandwagon, I just simply don't like those bands. Echoing Green, Agnes Poetry, Blue October, Cosmicity - they all sound so similar. Pretty boring. I bought 'shot' sampler and yawned all evening.

I think the same of 'Thou shalt not', which was to release their album through Marian's Navigator. He said he liked them so much, while I found them totally cliched. The same goes to Anything box.

FY (by AV, ofcourse...<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>)!!... well, there are so many, that I actually can't rate them in any kind of order...but here are a few of the most wonderful albums (besides FY)...;

"AIU"/AV
"Human's Lib"/Howard Jones
"Lament"/Ultravox
"Dream Into Action"/Howard Jones
"Into The Gap"/Thompson Twins
"Secret Wish"/Propaganda (can you call that a POP-album?...) ...+ many more....
