Fantastic Dream? Really? Wow, that's definitely one of my favorites. Anyway, for me:

FY: Big In Japan...yes believe it or not this song has really never done much for me.

AIU: perfect the way it is.

TBB:Middle of the Riddle

Prostitute: Beethoven

Salvation: oh I don't know. I really like all the songs on Salvation, but Flame is a little on the sappy side.

SLC: Today??

United: For The Sake of Love?

Dreamscapes: so many strange ones that haven't grown on me yet, maybe Montego Bay?

Haha...even the least liked songs I know of on these albums are great pieces of work to me..I just can't seem to do a worst here, cause in me mind worst means really bad, and none of them are really bad to me...they are all f**king awesome..I think I have too much of an artistic mind for this question and too much of an AV love I guess....Call me AVblinded....It's a good blind though..I am happy in this state of blindedness...

Hey Trent, you're right! But AV HAVE done some terrible songs, Marian said it in many interviews, he hates Universal Daddy, for example (I can't understand why *lol*).

The lyrics of Monkey In The Moon are REALLY stupid, but that has got a reason, they are the first lines of every page of Marians diary or something... He said it a long time ago... Can't exactly remember but I think he said something like that....

I had to take the worst song on every album and i did. And if u have a album with just great songs u have to take some songs that u don't like so mutch from all the other.

As a musician I appreciate rough cuts.

Forever Young-theres no way in the world im gonna choose one off this,perhaps the run out groove after Jet Set,its not a song but its still part of the LP and it means that the needle is about to reach the end of the record.

TBB-Patricias Park,the song just doesnt sound like it belongs on there at all,but i always listen to it because i cant be bothered to get out of my seat to skip the needle to the next track.im not that keen on Summer Rain either but it has a Pink Floyd reference so it stays.

I think that it was like this that Av felt that they had experimentet enough with their music, at least at that point.
Going thru the easy album FY, the album of phantasy AIU, the mixed album TBB and then, the last one the dark and realistic album Prostitute! With Euphoria they wanted to say, thanks for the past, now we will analyze what we have done, and try if we can make something good out of this.

I really LOVE Bono´s voice, it´s incredible!
Both him and Marian has beautiful and unique voices. And in someway they are quite alike but still far from eachother. A paradox? Yes quite... As Bono would have said: "Far away (so close)"
I think that NH is a very beautiful song, as I said before. One of the strongest on Salvation. How can you don´t like a song which the forum is partly named after!:)

Salvation: Flame, Control ( Flame is obviousley a powerful attempt by AV to recreate the spirit of FY, Control is a actually really cool song, I really enjoyed the high-speed proggression in the song and the synths are ass-kicking cool!!!!!!![smoke]
DreamScapes: Definetly Sounds Like A Melody Demo 1 (The synths are so raw and you can feel the electricity in them!! really cool, but it kinda lacks musically at the end unlike in the FY version)

The Things I didn't do is horrible beyond comprehension in my view. But I think that is the only Alphaville song I really have allergic reactions to. For all the other countless songs it's some that I adore, some I like and some I don't care about too much, but none I really dislike.
