I saw the movie tonight!
Very sad movie but a important message!!
It's about a young russian girl who became a victim of the russian/swedish sextrading.
A very strong movie and highly reccomended... not only for the Alphavillian piece.

The movie have been nominated to European Film Award 2002 in Italy.

And the movie will be in the cinemas in over 15 countrys.... :)

I even don't know to be happy or sad. I'm exremly glad that Alphaville's music was used for a movie.....but the worst thing i could ever imagine that Alphaville and T.A.T.U. will be ever on the same disk....it's like a disk with Kraftwerk and Britny Spears. I hope it's only a nightmare:)))

I now have seen the movie.
A dark movie about a wish to get it better and leave all the dark behind.
This movie could be from the real life.

Great music in the movie and Alphaville was played about 1:00-1:30 min. [smile]

Forever Young are playing during the happy time in the movie.

The girl (Lilja) the movie are about driving electronic cars(?), playing a tabelgame and a videogame with a boy that will have her trust. They laughing and have a happy time.
Lilja belives that they are a together but the boy just try to tempt her to come to Sweden.

In england they call them Dodgems...
Anyway, i won't see the movie, i promised myself it just to boycott (is that rigth spelling?) the director, Lukas Modysson because of his stupid behavior and that most of his movies are crap (especially "tillsammans").
I don't like that Forever Young remix either, the good old one is alot better...

I must agree with you.
His movies got a very political point of view and I don´t like his way of thinking when it comes to politics at all. And I really can´t accept him spreading his point of views in the ways he has done...

But I love Alphaville more than my political point of view, so I just HAD to go and see lilja forever.
