View Full Version : Sad News - Alphaville.dk Chat

My friend who is hosting our chat, has to close it down, because of security issues on the server, so I have to find another place for a chat. The really sad news is that a chat like the one we have runs best on dedicated hosting, as we have now, so every other solution I find will be worse.

I will do my best to find a nice home for our chat. As many of you know, if canīt run on the alphaville.org domain.

Yeah well, I donīt have time to do a lot of chat testing at this time, so I will close the chat link tonight - eventually I will setup a new one.

we could use the goldenfeeling-chat for a while. its very quiet there... maybe more GF-members join the chat... so we will have some german/english lessons :-)

Didn't realise that GF chat is IRC now and some people can't get in. Any ideas for an alternative?

I can't get in, I get access denied, just as I (and others) got when av.de used IRC.
