About the Impossible Dream, who can ever know with Alphaville [wink]. I could never decide about this song, is the speaker saying that he has finally achieved this dream that used to be impossible, or hoping to achieve this dream that still remains impossible ... [question] . Maybe everyone except for me knows [paperbag] but I think that maybe Alphaville is saying by crossing it out that the dream has been fulfilled? Or that the dream is no longer a dream? Who can ever know????

I was just noticing the brand new banner on the front page of the official site..after Adi mentioned the change and am getting all excited about the prospect of Alphaville having a STORE! Yay! Here's hoping they've worked on the commerce side of things to make it easier for us North American fans to purchase things. I know I've been disuaded from buying in the past because of the not so North American friendly way of paying for merchandise.

Anyway.. I also went to check out the lyrics to one of the songs on Crazy Show and to my surprise (and delight!), they have posted the lyrics to most of the new songs we heard at the 20th Anniversary show - with a note of the exact date it was written. Some of the songs include:

- Sweet Dreams (*sigh* I NEED to hear that song again and SOOOOOOON!)
- A Handful of Darkness
- Demon Eyes
- I'll Die for You Today (Such beautiful lyrics!)
- London Sky
- Song for No one But Myself

Now only if we could be treated to either a short mp3 clip of either Sweet Dreams or I'll Die for You Today (or both!!) to tide us over until the new CD comes out... ;)

Had second thought about this project.
The Alphaville Webshop might propose, besides painted mugs and yellow panties signed Marian, rare items from their own stock, such as the ones from the last two quiz, but also brandnew stuffs (Dreamscapes new edit, Rarities, live DVD...), in a word stuffs that could not be distributed by ordinary market ways, because meeting a limited number of fans' needs.

huuuh? Ehm - I am here of course and updating the web site almost daily! Moreover, since you also receive mails from the AV Mailing list I can't be too far away as I all do it manually. ;o) Though I have to admit that there could be short delays cause I attend the AV concerts this week.
Back to your question, dear Anja: Chris Marsac will be replaced by David Goodes at the LIVE SECTION as soon as Dave provides a short biography/introduction. Since he has been touring with AV lately there hasn't been time to do so, obviously.
