I agree with you Avihai. The vocals of Spandau Ballet are quite good. I really like the SB songs &quot;Gold&quot;, &quot;True&quot;, &quot;Round and round&quot; and &quot;Only when you leave&quot;. :)

Hated them in the 80´s, but love them today. The 12" collection is the best!

SP is pretty cool I think, and even if "All Through the Barricades" isn't as good as "True" and "Gold", it still is worth listening to...we have this compilation-album they released a few years back, and I gotta say that it wasn't that good, only a few songs that were something you wanted to listen to...but SP had their classical moments, and I gladly listen to those few songs that showed what they can give <img src=icon_smile_wink.gif border=0 align=middle>

Try listening to other songs than the known ones...heaven is a secret,pleasure,toys or she loved like diamond are amazing songs,I know this band since I was 9 (now I'm 26) and I really think Tony hadley has a great voice!! I love the sound on the PARADE and TRUE albums and if you haven't seen the video for OVER BRITAIN you're really missing something!

The first Spands album 'Journey's To Glory' is a must have!! Lots of great synths,a new romantic classic.Sadly they turned to mush after that and started churning out over-sentimental love songs to please the masses,great first album tho.
